Two of the reasons
1. The volume of mail asking for the case to be dropped.
2. The judge said, " it is not in the public interest!"

WHY THEN SHOULD TONY HAVE BEEN MADE TO APPEAR AS A CRIMINAL BECAUSE A MAN IN THE STREET DISAGREES WITH THE BIBLE?
